What we collect
When you request a booking we collect your name, phone and WhatsApp number, and — if you enter them — email, nationality and hotel, plus guest numbers, children's ages, dietary needs and special requests.

Why we use it
To review your request, manage your booking and the guest manifest, and contact you about your trip and cash payments. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who can see it
Only authorised Assal 2 staff and, where applicable, the agent/supplier who made your booking. If email or WhatsApp Business messaging is enabled, messages are sent through those providers.

Security
Your booking page is protected by a private link. Staff areas are protected by passwords and role permissions.

Your rights
Contact us to request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion once accounting obligations have ended.
